Use a heat press set to 300–325°F (depending on your press), apply medium to firm pressure for 10–15 seconds, then let the transfer cool before peeling. After peeling, press again for 5–10 seconds with parchment paper or a finishing sheet to lock in durability.

A gang sheet allows you to place multiple designs on one sheet of film. This helps you save money and maximize space when ordering. You can add logos, graphics, and full designs on one sheet—perfect for small businesses, bulk orders, or customers who need different artwork in one run.

❓ How do I upload artwork for a custom DTF gang sheet?
You can upload your artwork directly through our website. Files should be in PNG format with a transparent background and at least 300 DPI for best results. If you need help setting up a gang sheet, our online builder tool will guide you step-by-step.
❓ What is the turnaround time for orders?
Most orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. Larger or bulk gang sheet orders may take slightly longer. We also offer rush processing if you need transfers delivered quickly for an event or launch.
❓ Do you offer refunds or replacements?
Yes, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive a defective transfer or there’s an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll review your request and provide a refund or replacement if eligible. Please note we cannot refund transfers with incorrect artwork provided by the customer.
❓ Can I use a household iron instead of a heat press?
We do not recommend using a household iron. For best results, DTF transfers require consistent heat and pressure that only a heat press can provide. Using an iron may result in incomplete transfers or peeling. Investing in a heat press ensures professional-quality results every time.
