Refund policy

At Ride & Thrive, we take pride in delivering high-quality DTF gang sheets, ready-to-press transfers, and custom printing that meet your expectations. Each transfer is carefully inspected before shipping to ensure accuracy and durability.

Because our products are custom printed to order, we have a limited return and refund window. Please review the policy below before placing your order.


✅ Eligible for Refunds or Replacements

We will gladly replace or refund your order if:

  • You receive a defective or damaged transfer

  • Your order arrives with the wrong size, design, or product due to our error

  • Your package is lost in transit (after verification with the shipping carrier)

To qualify, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.


❌ Non-Refundable Items

Because our products are custom printed, we cannot offer refunds or replacements for:

  • Incorrect artwork submitted by the customer (low resolution, wrong size, missing transparency, etc.)

  • Transfers pressed incorrectly due to improper temperature, pressure, or equipment use

  • Customer mistakes such as ordering the wrong size, quantity, or product

  • Products that have already been used, applied, or washed


📦 Returns Process

  1. Contact us at nate@ride-and-thrive.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

  2. Provide your order number and detailed photos of the issue.

  3. Once approved, we will issue a refund, store credit, or replacement product.

  4. In some cases, defective products may need to be returned before replacement.


⏱️ Processing Time

Refunds and replacements are processed within 5–7 business days after approval. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
