  • Ride & Thrive provides DTF gang sheets, custom printing, and ready-to-press transfers.

  • By using our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent/guardian.

  • We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time.

2. Orders & Payments

  • All orders must be placed through our official website.

  • Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice.

  • Payment must be made in full before production begins.

  • We accept major credit cards and secure online payment methods.

3. Custom Artwork & File Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for uploading correct artwork that meets our Artwork Upload Requirements.

  • Ride & Thrive is not responsible for errors in customer-submitted artwork (low resolution, incorrect sizing, or missing transparency).

  • If adjustments are needed, additional design fees may apply.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Standard processing time is 1–3 business days. Bulk or custom orders may take longer.

  • Ride & Thrive is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers.

  • Risk of loss passes to the customer once the order is shipped.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Refunds or replacements are available only for defective or incorrect products.

  • Custom orders are non-refundable unless there is an error caused by Ride & Thrive.

6. Pressing Instructions & Product Use

  • Customers must follow our official Pressing Instructions for best results.

  • Ride & Thrive is not liable for transfers damaged by improper equipment, heat settings, or application methods.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content, logos, product images, and designs on this website are the property of Ride & Thrive.

  • Customers may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any content without written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Ride & Thrive is not responsible for indirect damages, including lost profits or business interruptions.

  • Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes will be handled in Texas courts.
