DTF Artwork Upload Requirements

To ensure your DTF gang sheets and custom transfers are printed in the highest quality, please follow these artwork upload guidelines. Correctly prepared files mean faster turnaround times and the best print results.

📂 Accepted File Formats

  • PNG (preferred) – with a transparent background

  • PSD, AI, PDF, EPS – must have fonts outlined and background removed

  • JPEG/JPG – accepted, but not recommended unless background is already transparent

🎨 Resolution & Quality

  • 300 DPI (dots per inch) minimum for sharp, clear prints

  • Artwork must be submitted at the exact size you want it printed

  • Low-resolution images (72 DPI or screenshots) may print blurry or pixelated

🖼️ Artwork Background

  • All files must have a transparent background (no white or colored boxes behind the design)

  • Remove unwanted backgrounds before uploading

  • If background removal is required, additional design fees may apply

📏 Sizing Requirements

  • Artwork should be sized in inches (W x H)

  • Maximum gang sheet width: 20 inches

  • You can arrange multiple designs on one gang sheet to maximize space

🧾 Gang Sheet Setup

  • Place designs with at least 0.25 inch spacing between them for easy cutting

  • Fill your gang sheet completely to get the most value for your money

🌈 Color & Design Tips

  • Use CMYK color mode for accurate color printing

  • Avoid neon or metallic colors (they will not print as expected unless ordered as specialty inks)

  • Double-check spelling, alignment, and design details before submitting

⏱️ Turnaround & File Approval

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after artwork approval

  • Poor-quality or incorrectly formatted files may delay production
