-
Garment of choice (cotton, polyester, blends, fleece, canvas, etc.)
🔥 Step-by-Step Pressing Guide
1. Prepare Your Garment
-
Pre-press your shirt or garment for 5–10 seconds at 300–325°F to remove wrinkles and moisture.
-
Make sure the surface is flat and smooth for best adhesion.
2. Place Your DTF Transfer
-
Position the transfer film design-side down on the garment.
-
Use heat tape if needed to keep the transfer in place.
3. Press the Transfer
-
Set your heat press to 300–325°F.
-
Apply medium to firm pressure.
-
Press for 10–15 seconds.
4. Let It Cool & Peel
-
Allow the transfer to cool down completely (cold peel method).
-
Slowly peel the film away from the garment to reveal the design.
5. Final Press (Recommended)
-
Place parchment paper, a Teflon sheet, or finishing sheet over the design.
-
Press again for 5–10 seconds to lock in durability.
-
This step increases wash resistance and gives a softer feel.
✅ Washing & Care Instructions
-
Turn garments inside out before washing.
-
Wash in cold water, gentle cycle.
-
Tumble dry on low heat or hang dry.
-
Do not bleach or iron directly on the transfer.
